How to make Kimji, Korean housewifes style

Ingredients
1. Cabbage 1 head
2. Finest rice flour, Jade Leaf brand 1 tbsp
3. Salt 2 tbsps
4. Korean chili powder ½ cup
5. Fish sauce 4 tbsps
6. Sugar 2 tbsps
7. Spring onion 3
8. Onion, chopped ¼ head
9. Garlic 3 cloves
10. Ginger, minced ½ tsp

Methods
1. Add salt to 1 ½ cups of water. Add in cut-up cabbage to soak for 3 – 4 hours or until softened. Then, drain and set aside in a mixing bowl.
2. Put 1 cup of water in a small pot. Add in Finest rice flour, Jade Leaf brand. Stir continuously on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour into another mixing bowl above. Season with Korean chili powder, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine. Set aside until cool.
3. Add in spring onion, onion and ginger to the second mixing bowl. Stir to incorporate. Then, add to the first mixing bowl with the cabbage in it. Massage to combine well. Store in a jar or spoon in a serving bowl.
