2. Wheat flour 1 ½ cups

4. Jasmine infused water 6 cups
5. Shredded coconut 350g
6. Sugar 5 ½ cups
7. Food coloring (per preference)
Methods
Step 1: Mix shredded coconut with jasmine infused water, then squeeze out the juice from the coconut.
Step 2: Sieve wheat flour, mung bean flour, and tapioca flour together.
Step 3: Mix together the coconut milk from Step 1, the flour from Step 2 and sugar.  Stir until the sugar melts, then pass thru a cheesecloth.  Next, heat in a pot on medium heat.  Add food coloring and continuously stir until everything well combines.
Step 4: Once the mixed batter cools off, pour into a plastic pipe.  Then, pipe out the batter on a lightly buttered tray.  Rest outside under the Sun for a few days.  Then, smoke out with scented candles.
Step 5: Ready to serve or store in an air tight container to consume later.
