Free recipe: Tapioca in red syrup (E, a Chinese dessert)

Ingredients
Large tapioca pearl, Jade Leaf brand 250g
Water 1,000g
Red syrup (Salak imitated extract) 500g

Methods
1. Boil water in a hot.  Add Large tapioca pearl, Jade Leaf brand in the pot.  Then stir to prevent sticking.  Turn off the heat.  Set aside for 6-8 hours.
2. Stir the cooked tapioca again to prevent sticking, then drain out the water.
3. Add new batch of water in the same pot with the cooked tapioca still in it, to achieve clear liquid at the end.  Bring to boil.
4. Continue stirring while the liquid is boiling.  Once the tapioca starts to turn translucent, add red syrup as much as your desire.

Continue boiling until fully translucent.  Turn off the heat.  Ready to serve on the offering table.
