Glutinous corn
Large corn ears.  Exquisite.  Sweet. Sticky yet soft.  Delicious.  Mixed of white and purple kernels.
To cook: Boil, steam or make various desserts.
Young corn
Small corn ears.  A special breed that is harvested only when young.  Sweet and crunchy.
To cook: Stir fry with proteins or use as an ingredient for Sukiyaki.
