Method
• Stir rice flour with sugar,add
water and stir until the batter
feels light and smooth.
• Heat oil on medium heat
in a pan. Spread oil evenly
over pan. Pour about 35 cc
or 3 tablespoons batter and
cook until the batter rises
and the edges becomes curly.Remove
after the cake is done and
drain. Repeat the process
until all the batter is used
up.
Notes:
During the process of frying,
the remaining batter should
be stirred now and then to
maintain it at the correct
consistency.
Cucur Hijau ( Green Cucur):
use granulated sugar and add
50 cc suji leaves extract.
