( Fried Sweet Rice Flour Cake)

Method
• Stir rice flour with sugar,add water and stir until the batter feels light and smooth.
• Heat oil on medium heat in a pan. Spread oil evenly over pan. Pour about 35 cc or 3 tablespoons batter and cook until the batter rises and the edges becomes curly.Remove after the cake is done and drain. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.

Notes: During the process of frying, the remaining batter should be stirred now and then to maintain it at the correct consistency.
Cucur Hijau ( Green Cucur): use granulated sugar and add 50 cc suji leaves extract.

220 grams rice flour
200 grams brown sugar
250 cc water
100 cc oil, for frying

100 grams rice flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
150 cc thick coconut milk from
1/2 coconut oil,for frying


Kembang Goyang
( Swaying Flower Cookies)

Method
• Mix and stir all ingredients except for the oil until smooth.
• Heat much oil in a work until it is hot. Dip the kembang goyang mould in it for a moment until it is hot.
• Dip the hot mould into the batter so that the batter stick to it. Take care that the mould does not stick to the bottom of the batter mixing bowl or the cookies may be full of holes.
• Put the mould into the oil and shake until the cookie is released from the mould.Continue to deep-fry until it is light brown and done, then drain.
